Happy new year to everyone! 2020 was a great year for SynLev and the DeFi space as a whole. And we want to make 2021 even better! Many know that I have been personally managing most aspects of the SynLev project from development to PR. We have of course had a lot of help and support from the community. A special thanks to everyone who has helped the project there are too many to name but you know who you are, we couldn’t have done it without you.

To allow the project to grow we are now hiring team members. We are preferably looking for applicants who are already familiar with SynLev and passionate about it’s development. Or who are currently active in the DeFi space. All positions must be able to work with minimal direction, we are still very small and need self starter motivated team members.

Terms

• All applications MUST be sent to apply@synlev.com
• Compensation for all positions will be on a case by case basis based on experience, time commitment to the project, and performance.
• Compensation may be in the form of SYN tokens, ETH, or a combination of the two.
• All positions will start with a 2 week probation period. In which the applicant will receive full compensation as agreed, but not carry the title of an official team member and be assisted by Icarus in their duties.
• In general positions will start as part time and graduate to full time if required by the project.

Solidity Dev

This position will be working very closely with myself (Icarus) on SynLev core contract development as well ancillary contracts.

Requirements:

• In depth knowledge and understanding of solidity
• Ability to work with minimal direction.
• Examples of past work or projects. If you do not have an extensive portfolio please submit brief analysis of the current SynLev protocol and how you would improve it.
• Knowledge of common smart contract attack vectors e.g. flash loans

Lead Web Dev

This position is for a full stack developer with the ability and experience to design and implement websites from wireframe and UX/UI design to implementation. Applicant will actively update, test, fix, and implement new features.

Requirements:

• Experienced with web3.js and react.
• Basic web design, layout, UX/UI design skills.
• Examples of past work or projects.
• Ability to work with minimal direction.

Head of Social Media and PR

This position will be in charge the public side of SynLev. Including management of SynLev social media accounts, writing regular blog posts and announcements. Creating and running contests.

Requirements:

• Strong writing skills.
• Examples of past work, particularly writing.
• Experience is required. This could be very active crypto writing blog, twitter account, or working in a similar position for another crypto.
• Minimum of a surface level understanding of SynLev and other DeFi/crypto projects.
• Ability to work with minimal direction.

Business Development

This position will act as a first point of contact for all SynLev business inquiries. Duties will begin with acting as a first point of contact with the goal of eventually handling business negotiations and relationships with autonomy. This position will primarily consist of managing the contact@synlev.com email account.

Requirements:

• Strong written communication skills.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to promptly and professionally respond to all business inquiries.
• Ability to work with minimal direction.
